When I first opened the doors to our little bakery named as udaya bakery at alingal in 1988 , I had just one dream — to share the joy of freshly baked bread and pastries made with care, honesty, and love. We started small: one oven, a handful of recipes, and a heart full of hope.

Over the years, 2003 it rebranded as sneha bakes that humble beginning grew into something far greater than I could have imagined. Through early mornings, long nights, and countless loaves, we built not just a business but a community — one that values quality, tradition, and the simple pleasure of good food shared with family and friends.

Each year brought new challenges and opportunities: expanding our menu, embracing modern baking techniques, and opening new locations with 50+ employees like our family — all while staying true to the craft that started it all. We’ve watched generations of customers walk through our doors, from children clutching their first cookie to families ordering celebration cakes that mark their milestones.

Today, as we celebrate 37 years, I look back with deep gratitude — for our loyal customers, our dedicated team, and everyone who believed in our vision. The aroma of freshly baked bread still fills our ovens every morning, reminding me that passion and perseverance truly do rise together.

Here’s to 37 years of growth, and to many more years of baking happiness, one loaf at a time.
