At Sneha Bakes, we take pride in delivering freshly baked products with care, ensuring quality and taste in every order. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing an order on www.snehabakes.com.
1. Delivery Timings
We cannot guarantee a fixed delivery time, but deliveries are generally made between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the selected delivery date.
Same-day delivery is available for select areas in Kozhikode and nearby regions. Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be delivered by 6:00 PM on the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the next working day.
Midnight delivery services are not yet available.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within Kozhikode city limits and nearby locations as mentioned on our website.
Delivery is available only in the areas marked as “serviceable” at checkout.
3. Delivery Conditions
Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be redirected to another address.
We will make one delivery attempt only. If the recipient is unavailable or address details are incorrect, the order will be considered delivered/executed and no redelivery or refund will be issued.
Orders may be considered successfully delivered in the following cases:
Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Recipient unavailable or premises locked.
Wrong phone number / unreachable contact.
Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
Delivery made to gate, security, or neighbour (if accepted on behalf of the recipient).
4. Delivery Responsibility
All cakes and food products are hand-delivered by Sneha Bakes staff or our trusted delivery partners to ensure freshness and quality.
No courier deliveries are made for perishable items.
No deliveries are made on national or state holidays.
5. Product Substitution & Availability
All products are subject to availability.
In case a product or design is unavailable, Sneha Bakes reserves the right to substitute it with another item of equal or higher value.
Product images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only; actual products may slightly differ in appearance, color, or decoration.
6. Delays Due to Uncontrollable Events
In cases of heavy rain, flooding, strikes, or national emergencies, deliveries may be rescheduled. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you in such situations and deliver at the earliest possible time.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a product in damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photo or video proof.
At our discretion, we may offer:
A replacement, or
A refund to your original payment method (PhonePe, UPI, etc.).
8. Limitations of Liability
Once the order is delivered to the recipient (or authorized person at the delivery address), risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
Sneha Bakes will not be held responsible for damage due to handling after delivery or storage issues caused by the customer.
9. Delivery Confirmation
Proof of delivery (including timestamp or photo confirmation) may be provided in case of any dispute regarding the order status.
