1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Sneha Bakes reserves the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or technical errors. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Order cancellation by Sneha Bakes due to unavailability or processing issues.

  • Incorrect or duplicate payments.

  • Confirmed product quality issues after verification.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (PhonePe/UPI/card) within 5–7 business days of approval.

3. Return Policy

Since bakery products are perishable, we do not accept returns once items are delivered. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo/video as proof. We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution

4. Delivery Issues

Sneha Bakes will not be responsible for delivery delays due to external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
